Dear Firefox-Support,

while using the iPad App in version 138.0 to generate a secure password today, this password was not saved. I was using the change password function on an account previously not known to my Firefox account. When I acknowledged the password change and was prompted to sign in in the same tab, neither the function that should remember the new password within the same session worked, nor was it saved with the other passwords.

I think it is unlikely you can help me find this password again, but I would like to make you aware, that this szenario might be an issue.

When I try saving a json response from a server that requires login, saving doesn’t save the content that is loaded in the browser. Instead, it seems to repeat the request to the endpoint serving the json without auth which results to saving an unauthenticated version of file.

I am using “share” menu which offers to save the response as file, but the end result is not what is expected.

If necessary, I can provide more information in order to replicate the error.

The Firefox browser I was using failed to back up the synchronization data of the domestic version due to negligence in reinstalling the new version. Starting from May 24th, after logging into the domestic version account, data synchronization cannot be achieved. (Currently, all downloads automatically redirect to the international version, and the login account is also the international version account. Followed all the steps to the end and sent it and I don’t know what to do anymore I’ve done everything possible I’m all mixed up here I’m trying my hardest and I don’t get anywhere it comes back again with I need to sign in and all of that Patricia Snook

Is there a setting for New browser tabs or initial App launch? I know how to adjust zoom per tab that is loaded, but when I “open“ a new tab it’s always 100%. I prefer to see more content, thus a lower zoom such as 90% or 75%, which I can always adjust after the fact.

My name is Mohammad Kamal Borojerde, and I’m experiencing serious ongoing security issues while using Firefox on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I am a delivery driver working for Deliveroo, and my device is being targeted through remote hacking methods. I suspect that some malicious actors are using apps I’m not aware of to interfere with my internet, GPS location, and even stop delivery tasks that the company sends to my phone. This has significantly affected both my work and personal life.

Despite installing multiple security applications including McAfee (Reference No: 03203372) and Bitdefender (Reference No: 1010231778), my browsing remains unsecure, and settings keep getting changed or disabled without my consent. I believe attackers are also bypassing or disabling Firefox protections on my phone.

I kindly request Firefox’s security team to investigate this matter seriously. If possible, please help me: 1. Lock down or secure my Firefox browser fully. 2. Review any unusual activity linked to my device/browser. 3. Suggest any specific configuration settings that can protect me against remote access or phishing.

Hi, I am getting pop-up ads for Lucky Strike bowling across a range of websites. It seems this is a browser issue. The pop-ups come every 10 minutes or so. Is this a bug?
